The DTI Bataan announced that 549 Bataeños will benefit from Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa Program (PPG) this October.

PPG was launched to help small businessmen affected by the pandemic.

DTI Provinicial Director Nelin Cabahug said P10,000 worth of goods or materials is given to each beneficiary.

She explained the goods or materials depend on the beneficiary’s nature of business. Beneficiaries are mostly sari-sari store owners.

Cabahug said local government units and barangays assisted them in identifying beneficiaries.

PPG has already benefitted many Bataan micro business owners in the past.
